This edition’s featured poets:

1. JOEY DE JESUS
Joey De Jesus received his B.A. from Oberlin College and his M.F.A. in Poetry from Sarah Lawrence College. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in The Cortland Review, Dislocate, Kin Poetry Journal, LUMINA, The Nervous Breakdown, Rhino, Versal and elsewhere. He is based in NYC.

2. NATALIE EILBERT
Natalie Eilbert’s work has been featured in or is forthcoming from Tin House, West Branch, Guernica, Spinning Jenny, Bat City Review, The Journal, Colorado Review, The Paris-American, Sixth Finch, Sink Review, and many others. She is the founding editor of The Atlas Review.

3. DEBORAH LANDAU
Deborah Landau is the author of two collections of poetry The Last Usable Hour, a Lannan Literary Selection published by Copper Canyon Press, and Orchidelirium. Her work has appeared recently (or is forthcoming) in The Paris Review, Tin House, Boston Review, The Best American Erotic Poems, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. She directs the Creative Writing Program at New York University.

4. CATE MARVIN
Cate Marvin teaches poetry writing in Lesley University’s Low-Residency M.F.A. Program and Columbia University’s MFA Program and is Professor of English at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York. In 2009, she co-founded the nonprofit organization VIDA: Women in Literary Arts with poet Erin Belieu. Her third book of poems, Oracle, is forthcoming from W.W. Norton & Co. in 2014.

5. NICOLE STEINBERG
Nicole Steinberg is the author of Getting Lucky, forthcoming in fall 2013 from Spooky Girlfriend Press, and two chapbooks from dancing girl press: Undressing (to be published in 2014) and Birds of Tokyo (2011). She’s also the editor of Forgotten Borough: Writers Come to Terms with Queens (SUNY Press, 2011) and the founder of Earshot, a New York reading series for emerging writers. She lives in Philadelphia.

Leah Umansky is a New Yorker by birth, a teacher by choice, and an anglophile at heart. Her first collection of poems, Domestic Uncertainties, has been published in 2013 by BlazeVOX Books. She earned her MFA in Poetry at Sarah Lawrence College and is a recipient of a 1-week fellowship at the Norman Mailer Writers Colony. She is a contributing writer for both BOMB Magazine’s BOMBLOG and for The Rumpus. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in: Barrow Street, Cream City Review, Women’s Studies Quarterly, The Paterson Literary Review, Magma Poetry (UK), and Harpur Palate.
